Heavy Machinery

Phred obviously has a thing for heavy machinery.  He was neither frightened nor deterred by the blaring reverse klaxon or the rumbling of the cement mixer.  He watched the whole pour, totally transfixed.  Makes me wonder if he may have driven an asphalt roller, or one of those monster trucks that work in open pit mines in a previous life.

The other Hellboys?  Max was safely ensconced under the blankets on our bed.  His brother Puck was tucked into a corner under the armoire.  Neither one came out until all the workmen had left, which meant several hours in hiding.  Silly Boys!
