A slightly different take on what has become a triangular peyote band. Rather than being a Plain Jane band (as lovely and understated as those are) this one is dressed up with irridescant “o” beads.
“O” beads? They’re new on the market last year, and Santa gracious delivered some under our tree. To give some idea as to scale, they are about 1/4 inch across. Not quite tiny, as tiny goes in the beading world, but small all the same.
The band for this bracelet is a mix of matte and shiny purple triangles, all peyote stitched together. The clasp is a set of brass D-rings which have a smaller band threaded through. Hiding underneath it all is a bit of stickiness to hold everything closed.
Is anyone Passionate about Purple? I am!
