That’s Walter the Weeping Norwegian Pine on the left by the door, and Clarence the Chanticleer Pear to the right. When I saw the weeping pine trees, I was immediately reminded of Dr. Suess, and his whimsical drawings. According to the garden center, these trees just grow bent over live that, there’s no bonsai-style training involved. Clarence is supposed to flower with white/pink blossoms in the spring.
Given the way work is going of late, anything that brings a smile is much appreciated these days.
