Celtic Fish

IMG_3458Another in the “I’ve had this for ages” category.  This time it’s the little fish pendant.

It is ceramic, and was acquired at the Tucson Gem & Mineral Show (going on now!) several years back.

Since I don’t tend to do projects which involve basic stringing it aged in the bead stash for a while.

Of late, life has gotten  more complicated, which has decreased the creative mojo for doing intricate, involved things.  Intricate has been replaced with simple for the moment.   Simple is good.  I like simple.

A sweet ceramic pendant set off by bronze pearls, black druks, brass spacers (the little bicone stripey beads) and linen colored cat’s eye beads.  The necklace is short, maybe 16 inches.  Extra jump rings are added for adjustment.
